Our story

Hands of Compassion Rwanda (HACORWA) began in 2016 as a foundation supporting vulnerable women and children in Kagarama Sector, Kicukiro District — known then as IBIGANZABYIMPUHWE.

What started with medical insurance, school materials, food, and hygiene support has grown into a registered NGO serving communities across Rwanda with education, livelihoods, and care.
